“Walkers were recommended to us by another SIG branch. It was evident the focus of Walkers are on continual improvement in all areas, leading to improved customer experiences and efficiencies which is turn we could offer to our customers.

Since becoming a customer the Walkers platform has allowed us to give real time information (using the ETA function) to our customers rather than ringing the depot for delivery information. In addition, we anticipate the recently launched customer email notification will reduce the calls we receive in branch, resulting in greater productivity from our teams.
