Role Details:

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our business in Morley.

In this role you will be working in a busy Customer Service office and you receive full in house training in order to achieve the following responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries regarding orders, products, and service issues (via phone, email, webchat,) across all platforms
  • Liaising with suppliers for service and delivery queries

Role Details:

The Apprenticeship

This is an entry-level apprenticeship which provides the foundation knowledge skills & experience for the role of Warehouse Operative Apprentice within occupational areas in the Supply Chain industry.

Role Details:

As the Systems and Training Architect you will assist with the continued development of our in-house platforms, used extensively throughout the group. Our in-house platforms range from customer facing through to business-critical applications used 24/7 driving the group forward. Reporting directly to the Group IT Manager you will be part of a small team working on lots of different projects.

Main responsibilities.

Delivering projects to time and quality as agreed with the Group IT Manager and key business stakeholders

Creating technical solutions which align with the existing enterprise architecture and future strategic plans

Essential Experience and Knowledge

To be successful in this role you will need extensive hands on experience and understanding of system design. A proven track record of working within the Transport Industry working with different Transport Management Systems is essential. You will need experience of following: – Agile processes to ensure the reliable delivery of internally developed websites and applications across the group.

You will have a solid understanding of software development techniques and testing approaches as well as hands on experience with our key technologies such as C#, WebAPI, MS SQL, MySQL, MS SSRS and MS SSIS.

You will also have excellent communication skills, a proactive nature, a keen eye for detail and experience of being able to deliver training to internal and external users.

Role Details:

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our business in Morley. Are you a motivated customer focused individual with strong leadership skills looking to work for an established organisation?

You will be managing our existing team of 5 experienced customers service advisors, whilst delivering a premium customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a strong working relationship with logistics and operational departments managing a balance between high standard customer service and operational efficiency

  • Manage the department budget within its defined parameters and participate in regular financial reviews
  • Report on achievements against both qualitative and quantitative performance and use this information to rectify service deficiencies
  • Provide resource and trend analysis reports for the Director as required

Personal Attributes / Essential Skills

Successful recent experience gained in Customer Service Manager or Customer Care Manager role – it is desirable that this has been gained within a logistics environment

  • Experience in delivering improvements to Customer Services processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective and positive working relationships within and outside of the department
  • Highly focused on delivering results and objectives with a strong personal commitment to supporting the business in achieving its goals in a changing environment
  • Logical in approach with the ability to analyse data and formulate action plans
  • Strong PC and technical knowledge and skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
