As customer service manager my job is to make sure the needs of all our customers are completely satisfied. The aim is to ensure my team provide a first class service at every point of the customer journey. And, as a people manager, I seek to develop my fantastic team of expert advisors – most of which have been with the business for many years now.
I love that I work in a fast-paced, lively and vibrant environment surrounded by a loyal and engaged team.
My team goes above and beyond every day to ensure they deliver the highest of standards.
We also have an inspirational management team who are always looking for ways to service our customers better, which in turn – makes my job easier.
One of our Can Do. rules are ‘Customer is King’ and we really do mean it!. We work with multi-million-pound businesses through to and small dynamic SMEs – regardless, everyone is treated with the same care.
We have great relationships with our customers, as well as enjoy welcoming and getting to know new ones. I love the fact that not one day is the same and that the hours just fly by. We work in a fun environment and you can always see smiles and hear laughter in the office.
Another key motivator Walkers rapid growth which means there is plenty of scope to progress. The 2017 MBO has enabled significant investment to support our ambitious growth plans and I’m excited to part of that journey!
