At Walkers, we believe in total transparency. That’s why we’ve developed our new “Walkers Insight” portal, designed to make every aspect of working with Walkers quicker, easier and more effective than ever before.

We’re beginning to introduce “Walkers Insight” from Monday, 22^nd June 2020.

So why are we doing this?

Developing innovative technology has a vital role to play in making our working lives simpler and more productive. “Walkers Insight” has been designed to bring you improved functionalities and added transparency right across our working processes.

• “Walkers Insight” will give both you and us improved visibility of your consignments which will, in turn, allow us to Improve collection and delivery performance, helping you serve your customers better
• You’ll have real-time visibility of all your consignments
• You can access your data 24/7, 365 days a year from anywhere with complete transparency of information
• Everything is in one place – collections, delivery history, data, invoicing, saving you time and money with the administration of your transport operations

What will you have to do?

New customers will automatically use the new portal.

Existing customers don’t need to do anything yet. We plan to bring customers on board in geographical phases, and we’ll be contacting you individually to discuss the plans, answer your questions and make sure the transition is seamless.

The new “Walkers Insight” portal will be accessed from a brand new weblink and we’ll let you know what this is once your account is set up.

We’ll then send you a username and password. Your current Palletways portal will remain active for some time so that you can view historic consignments and have access to invoices.

A ‘LiveChat’ facility will be available to help you with the new system.

In addition, a range of ‘How to’ FAQs and videos covering common tasks will be available within the portal.
